Si può uscire in costume e sdraiarsi davanti a casa su una spiaggia di sabbia o, trovare poco, più in là, lo scoglio dove sistemarsi. Lungo la passeggiata di Nervi che inizia a 10 metri da casa, si potranno trovare piccoli stabilimenti balnari anche con piscine private, ristorantini o bar dove fermarsi a fare uno spuntino o una cena romantica. Nervi è un borgo di pescatori, di cui si hanno notizie addirittura nell'epoca romana. Esiste ancora una testimonianza, di questo periodo, nel ponte romano che si trova a poche decine di metri dalla casa. La casa appartiene al primo nucleo di abitazioni del porticciolo di Nervi e gode della posizione più prestigiosa del quartiere, centrale e ad un passo dal mare. E stata recentemente ristruttirata integralmente (termine lavori novembre 2024), proprio per renderla molto confortevole per gli affitti a breve termine. L' appartamento è composto da un salone ampio con due finestre direttamente sul mare, due camere da letto con bagno dedicato, una stanza armadi e una cucina completa. Un comodo sgabuzzio. A collegare il tutto un ampio corridoio. L'appartamento è situato al primo piano (12 scalini) di un tipica costruzione nel porticciolo di Nervi, nella parte a levante di Genova, collegata al centro cittadino da 12 minuti di treno (la stazione è raggiungibile a piedi in 7/8 minuti) o in autobus con divese line che hanno un transito ogni 5 minuti. In auto il tragitto dura circa 15 minuti. Il Levante cittadino è la parte più gradevole di Genova nel rapporto della città con il mare. Dal porticciolo di Nervi parte la passeggiata a mare, gioiello di Genova; due chilometri di camminata fronte mare, a ridosso degli scogli, dove è possibile trovare piccoli e graziosi stabilimenti balneare e gradevoli punti di ristoro, bar e ristorantini tipici. Sempre a pochi minuti dall'appartamente potete trovare i parchi di Nervi, estesissima zona verde (circa 100.000 mq), molto ben curata, con palme che ospitano un centinaio di specie botaniche tra cui palme e cedri, un grande roseto, una volta facenti parte della tenuta della famiglia degli armatori Fassio importante e storica famiglia genovese, area ora destinata alla citta. A pochi metri dall'appartamento c'è la possiblità di affittare una canoa o un sup e andare a esplorare, in autonimia, le spiagge e gli scogli circostanti in un bellissimo peasaggio. In alcuni periodi dell'anno è possibile effettuare escursioni in battello da Nervi a Portofino, effettuare "whale watching" alla scoperta di balene, capodogli e delfini. Genova possiede il più grande centro storico europeo interamente medievale, con i meravigliosi "Palazzi dei Rolli" del 500/600, appartenenti alla nobiltà cittadina, che in determinati periodi dell'anno vengono aperti al piubblico che li può visitare e apprezzarne le bellezze e i tesori in essa contenuti.
