The front desk gentleman was very kind and spoke very good English. He took the time to draw out all the highlights to see close to the hotel. The largest aquarium in Europe is just across the plaza. The sheets on the bed are so crisp and the down comforter was so warm. Highly recommend this accommodation. So they had to speak direct to Expedia but took over an hour! Secondly, they told us we didn’t book breakfast, however the website and Expedia stated free breakfast when booking the room, they refused to give us it and had to pay as we had kids with us. Spent an hour on the phone to Expedia and managed to get the money back.
