The corner of Luccoli is a modern and bright apartment located on the fourth floor, with lift, of one of the most beautiful historic buildings in the center.
It is located in the most elegant and quiet area of the historic center of Genoa, a stone's throw from the main tourist attractions and very convenient to means and services. The area is entirely pedestrian, but paid parking is 5 minutes away on foot.

The apartment consists of a living area with sofa bed, a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Wi-fi service, smart TV, independent heating, washing machine, ironing facilities are available in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Andrea, Roberta and Greta will welcome you personally upon your arrival and will always be reachable by phone.
We are available to provide you with useful information to make your stay in Genoa and surroundings pleasant.
On the same floor a twin apartment is available for a stay with friends or larger groups.

We inform you that the tourist tax is € 1.50 per day for those over 14, for the first 8 days of stay in the city

Central, agréable et confortable

Bonne communication avec l'hôte, très sympa, très bon accueil. L'appartement est très propre et agréable, et très très bien placé. Juste prévoir en plus le coup du parking.

Cosy and central location

Comfortable and clean flat in a beautiful building, very centrally situated in Genova. The kitchen is well supplied (equipment, oil, spices etc), which is useful when you like to cook. Roberta warmly welcomed us, and provided touristic documentation about the city. Totally recommended. Claire C.

Appartamento centralissimo, ospiti squisiti

L’appartamento è nel cuore storico della città a portata di tutti i luoghi più interessanti da visitare e con tutti i servizi a disposizione. Gli host Roberta e Andrea sono squisiti, ci hanno riservato una calda accoglienza. La loro casa è molto pulita, funzionale e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire. Un piacevole soggiorno che consigliamo caldamente .

Great flat, loved it!

Great flat! The location is amazing and the flat itself is really cute. Roberta and Andrea also gave us a list of recommendations for restaurants from which we tried some and they were terrific! Very nice hosts, communication and check-in/check-out were very easy. If you come by car, you should think about leaving it outside of the city if possible as parking is – unsurprisingly – very expensive in Genova.

In una bellssima città siamo stati ospiti in un appartamento di un palazzo storico che ci ha coccolato, dove non mancava nulla e in pieno centro a pochissimi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni. Voto massimo!

Perfect Stay

Location is excellent. Close to the main squares and harbourfront. Several bars & restaurants nearby once you master the narrow streets and alleyways but this offers a real feel of the ambience of old Genoa. The apartment is very well appointed and contained in an old building with a grand entranceway. Roberta met us at the nearby square as we exited our taxi and guided us to the apartment. She provided a good introduction and useful recommendations for our stay. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional with a obvious pride in her property. She made the best arrangement she could to accommodate our luggage after check out time which was very welcome. An apartment we recommend without hesitation and one that we will stay at again if we return to Genoa.

A pallazzo in Genoa!

The apartment is beautiful and has anything you may need. Roberta was so helpful and made me feel comfortable immediately. It is in the historic district, short walks to the historic art palaces and the port. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Perfekte Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung von Roberta ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Genua zu erkunden. In dem alten Palazzo mit dem wunderschönen Treppenhaus fühlt man sich wie Genueser Adel! Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Herzlich und unkompliziert ist der Empfang durch Roberta. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Amazing stay in Old Genoa. Apartment lovely, all mod cons. Bed was very comfortable. Owners were superb and helped us with our lost luggage episode. Would certainly stay there again.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful old building

This apartment is in a wonderful location in the old part of Genova. It is located in a lovely old building and is perfectly set up for all needs. The host - Roberta has paid a lot of attention to every detail and there is realy nothing more required to make this place comfortable. There is excellent WiFi and also other entertainment needs such as Netflix etc so if you want to stay in then you can do so and still be entertained. The location in Via Luccoli is excellent and is walking distance to all attractions,including the old town with narrow streets and lanes and all manner of shops and services within easy reach. Overall this is an excellent property.

Wonderful modern apartment, amazing host

This was a wonderful one-bedroom apartment in a prime location for sight-seeing - close to the Old Port, for example. There's also lots of shopping close by to suit a wide range of budgets. There is a small elevator in the building, which made it easy for me to lug up my heavy luggage. The apartment is really comfortable, tastefully furnished, very clean, and well equipped. I especially liked the modern bathroom, and Roberta had lovely bedding in the bedroom. There's a smart TV, and I was able to log on to my Netflix account to watch a movie. Roberta is an amazing host. She has a binder for guests listing things to do and good places to eat along with other information. She spent time to give me pointers about where to visit during my short stay and answered all my questions. She even got me a small bottle of wine as a welcome gift! She made herself available whenever I needed help. In fact, she called a cab for me around 3:30 AM to take me to catch my 4:45 AM bus when I was leaving! She's truly fantastic. If I'm ever in Genova again, I would love to stay at this apartment. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla situazione trovata: si tratta di un grazioso appartamento, ben arredato, pulitissimo ed accogliente, con tutto nuovo (novembre 2017). La signora Roberta è molto carina e disponibile, lo ha dotato di tutte quelle piccole cose che ti fanno sentire a casa: dal sale al pepe, dalla carta alluminio ai tovaglioli in carta, dalla tovaglia agli strofinacci, arrivando fino agli asciugamani morbidi e profumati. Niente di meglio per scoprire Genova partendo da una via che è assolutamente centrale e pedonale. Sicuramente ritornerò. Cristina R.
