"Beautiful hotel with a private beach. The staff were exceptional and eager to ensure we had the best stay possible. The included breakfast was over the top with options and was exceptional. They had a lovely turn down service and many poolside amenities. We didn't partake in the spa, but the options looked awesome. The beach had reserved beds with umbrellas that were free, but we visited in the off season so i'm not sure if that varies. Villasimius offers a very cute beach town with restaurants...

Villa Alba – Exclusive villa with private pool, 150 metres from the beach

"We had an amazing week staying at Villa Alba. The pool, gardens, and outdoor seating were the highlights, and provided plenty of space and seating for a group of 8 adults. There was almost a different place to sit each evening that we were there.Prior to arriving in Sardinia, Michele provided lots of documentation on the property and also recommendations on things to do, nearby ammenities, and restaurants which was really well documented. We were able to check-in early at 2pm rather than 4pm, which was great after an early flight.The kitchen is relatively small, but is well configured, with lots of hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. BBQ outside which we used on one evening to cook fish we bought from the fishmonger only a two minute walk away from the villa.There's also a supermarket, bar, and restaruant only two minutes from the villa as well.All the bedrooms and the lounge/indoor dining area have AC. Towels provided, but not toiletteries so make sure you bring/buy your own.The main attraction is really the outdoor area, it is fantastic. Beautiful garden with colourful flowers and trees, pool was clean, and lots of places to sit (in the sun or under shade). There's also a beach with crystal clear water at the end of the road as well which we spent a lot of time at.I would definitely recommend staying here, perfect for large families or groups."

"The villa is amazing! Pictures just do not do it justice. The kitchen living room area is very large and very good size bedrooms. The outdoor is magical with various sitting areas overlooking the Mediterranean. The pool was absolutely amazing as well with gorgeous views! The host Cinzia was great and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return one day!"

"La maison est identique au descriptif. Quartier très calme et très belle vue. Piscine parfaite pour les adultes mais moins pour les enfants avec une profondeur minimale d' 1m45. Les chambres étaient idéales, petit bémol sur le rangement car pas beaucoup de place dans les armoires pour un long séjour. 3 salles de bains, cest juste ce qu'il faut pour une maison pouvant accueillir plus de 8 personnes. La terrasse est son atout majeur, bien aménagé et surtout assez tempérée vu son avant toit, ce qui est top en durant les grosses chaleur. Les seuls petits points presque négatifs sont : la cuisine un peu exiguë mais fonctionnelle et avec un peu d'organisation on arrive à bien y travailler. L'accès direct à la maison est un peu laborieux et étroit. Dernier mot sur le propriétaire, vraiment très sympathique et toujours disponible pour tout. Son idée de classeur avec les différents points importants est parfaite. Nous avons passé deux semaines splendides."

"Wonderful stay in early June. Fast and clear communication with Gloria (before and during the stay) Our first visit to Sardinia and we deeply enjoyed the relaxed and quiet neighborhood. Nice and short walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurant close by admiring the colorful trees by the road - also nice walk after dinner. Pool was clean and very well mainteined. Outdoor shower next to pool is very handy when coming from the beach. Kitched has all the equipment needed and easy access to covered patio where we enjoyed all the meals. Views towards the sea are amazing. Aircondition system in 2 bedrooms quarantee perfect sleeping temperaturs, there is also one in kitchen that we used in few occasion. Alla prossima !"

"Just superb. A magical property that has been well thought out and caters for all types. Valerio and the team are super helpful at any time. The view and surroundings are spectacular. The air con works perfectly. The pool and hot tub are a proper luxury!The table tennis table provides extra entertainment. Nearby shops (5 min drive) are well stocked (a bit more expensive as it’s a seaside town). The fish market is superb. Beaches are between 5 and 20 mins depending on what you are looking for. All round a 5* stay!"
