Harmony Haus is secluded but centrally located to the top attractions in the area: Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, The Island, & Gatlinburg. Our cabin offers a comfy living space with two bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms, an upstairs living room with tons of sleeping space and pub table, 2 electric fire places, a large wrap around deck with amazing views of Mt LeConte, a large hot tub, & fire pit. Come enjoy the solitude & peace on our little mountain ridge. If you have a second furry friend you would like to bring, message me before booking. Depending on the breed, I may make an exception for an additional fee. Please contact me. Bringing your pet means you agree to the following: PET RULES: 1\. Absolutely no dogs on any furniture. 2\. The dog MUST be crated when/if left alone. 3\. You will need to clean up after your pet both inside the cabin (hair) and outside. This is not part of the cleaning service. 4\. Any and all damage done by your dog will be billed to and paid for by you. \--------------------------------------------------- • NO SMOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS. • NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. \--------------------------------------------------- • Booking guests must be at least 23 years of age. Third party bookings are not allowed on VRBO and will not be accepted. \--------------------------------------------------- OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: • This cabin is best suited for 6-8 adults max, couples, one family, or two families with small children for a total of 10 guests. 10 adults would likely not be comfortable due to sleeping arrangements in only three rooms and two bathrooms. • Check in and check out times are firm. • BYO firewood, charcoal, and matches. • This cabin has a shared driveway with another cabin. • Sneaking a cat in or an unauthorized dog or other pet will result in a $200 fee. • This is a brand new cabin and area and as such, no WiFi is offered because no internet services are available in the area. Cell service is great though. • It's not uncommon to encounter wildlife in the mountains. There have been visits from deer, bear, and turkeys. • Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect this or you'll be asked to vacate. • We do not offer refunds for weather related incidents. Please purchase travel insurance. • The entrance road is steep and curvy, but paved - like most mountain roads in the area - our little Honda handles it like a champ! Drive it once and you'll realize it's a breeze. You will drive about 1/8 of a mile on a gravel road. 4x4 is recommended in snowy weather. • Because this is the mountains, there will be bugs and other creatures. We were only there two nights but the serene setting and laid back interior decor helped me relax, being super pregnant and very tired. With two couples, one teen, one young child, and a toddler, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the mix of rustic and modern. The host was gracious and very quick to respond to one quick thing. We hope to get back, and maybe even try more cabins from this host, since we feel this cabin is so well managed. ##### Claire H. Inside of cabin is beautifully furnished, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Appliances and televisions are good quality, surrounding grounds are great with lots of seating areas for evenings. Road up to the cabin is typical of Smokey mountains, but is well paved and manageable. ##### William H.
