By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. Wanted to get that Smokey Mountain Christmas feeling, they didn't even decorate for Christmas, not one thing. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Oh and each bathroom get only 2 rolls of toilet paper so don't plan on blowing your nose. No coffee, even in hotels you get coffee. 6 adults for 5 days and it was very very impersonal. And the worst part of all I had my mother who is almost 80 and my sister who is fighting cancer and we had to carry heavy luggage up 52 stairs. No elevator, I wish I would have known. ##### MISTY J.
