The 1.5-acre fishing pond is just a short walk across the property—please note it's not accessible by vehicle. Refer to the map for walking directions. We border the Smoky Mountain National Park, offering quick access to hiking trails and outdoor adventures. We're also next to Bent Creek Golf Course and just a 15-minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg, where you'll find shopping, dining, and countless local attractions. Getting Around: Guests can drive onto the property; please observe the 10 mph speed limit for everyone's safety. We’re ideally located: • Just 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg • 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and its many attractions • Adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking and nature adventures • Next to Bent Creek Golf Course for scenic rounds of golf The pond and creeks are walking access only. Please refer to the map for directions to these areas on the property. Other Things to Note: • Cancellation Policy: We have a strict cancellation policy. Easy check in and out. Was quiet, loved the property and the set up. We rented two places and we had the best time. We had nightly fires in the fire pits. Was nice to just relax and enjoy nature. The rentals were perfect and we had easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park..we also went to Cherokee for a day trip. The only down fall was leaving this little gem we found.
