This home is 3 stories with beautiful master suites, all with their own luxury bathrooms. The game room has Foosball, Shuffleboard, Arcade Game, and lots of Board Games. Off the Game Room is the THEATER room with premium leather reclining seats and a massive screen. Indoor heated pool with seating area. Large covered decks off of each main room with sitting area.

★ WINTER ADVISORY ★
In light of the severe winter weather, certain stretches of the drive may become challenging to navigate. We strongly recommend using a 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or equipping your car with snow tires for safer travel. This cabin is located on a steep mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm-related weather situations, there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.

★ POOL ★
The most amazing feature of this cabin can be found on the lower level. The indoor pool is heated to 83-86 degrees year-round. The pool depth 3 feet deep and pool towels are included. Swimming Pool has seating area.

★ ENTERTAINMENT ★
Entertainment awaits in the game room, where a Foosball Table, Shuffleboard, Arcade Game offer endless fun. Challenge your companions to a spirited foosball match or relive classic arcade moments in this lively space. For moments of relaxation, step onto the deck where a private hot tub awaits. Soak away your cares while surrounded by the tranquility of the landscape. The deck also offers a cute space for morning coffee or evening stargazing, providing a peaceful retreat.

★ THEATER ROOM ★
When you're not shopping in Gatlinburg, or swimming in the heated pool, chances are you'll be spending time in the theater room. This space offers stadium-style seating for 7, a Bose sound bar and a 65" TV. You can watch cable TV or stream through your favorite service.

★ GENERAL ★
Starter sets of shampoo, soaps, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. You may need to purchase more during your stay.
For your protection there is a security camera at the front door.

★ HOUSE RULE ★
We want you to have a good time while you’re visiting, but we ask that you follow a few basic rules:
~~ NO SMOKING or VAPING including ALL electronic smoking devices. There will be a $500 fine if found to be in violation!
~~ NO PETS are allowed. We love animals but pets are not allowed in the cabin. In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500 and will be asked to leave.
~~ NO PARTIES - No loud parties including bringing extra guests in the cabin
~~ MUST be 25 or older to book and willing to sign Rental Agreement within 48 hrs of booking.

■ Due to an increased amount of cleanliness required, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

■ Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

■ Naturally being in the mountains, you may encounter insects, bugs, and outdoor wildlife. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters and insects out with monthly scheduled pest control, there is always the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors shut to help keep any possible insects out. And please do not go near or feed any outdoor life

★ IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND ★
This is a MOUNTAIN cabin so guests must drive up some MOUNTAIN roads. While paved and accessible, 4WD or AWD vehicles and/or chains are recommended during winter when snow/ice is present.
