MUST READ - ALL POTENTIAL RENTERS!!BLOOD STAINS ON MATTRESS IN MASTER bedroom. NO PRIVATE POOL. SECOND BEDROOM ONLY ACCESSIBLE THRU OUTSIDE ENTRANCE!Hair and dirt on sheets and other bedding. Clearly not washed. Floors sticky and property not properly cleaned before we arrived.There is NO PRIVATE POOL! Very, very small pool is a community pool. You cannot walk to the pool as it is way too far from property: SECOND BEDROOM CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY GOING OUTSIDE AND UNDER BACK OF PROPERTY! NOT SAFE KIDS AS THERE IS NO ACCESS TO BOTTOM BEDROOM FROM INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. Owner was combative and just plain rude after we told her the rental was not as described. If we knew there was no private pool and that our two kids would have to be completely away from us outside and thru a different entrance we wouldn’t have rented this space. The listing is deceptive and I feel a responsibility to make sure no one else falls for this deception. CANNOT ACCESS SMART TV APPS. I would give this a zero rating if I could. I told owner I would be leaving this review so no one else would be deceived like we were. Her response was that I was ‘threatening her’. Clearly delusional. I’m still working with VRBO on this because I’m not letting this go until she’s held responsible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Peace and serenity

Really enjoyed staying at this peaceful cabin tucked away from the crowds of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The location is ideal if you’re wanting something away from other people, last cabin on the road so you won’t see other cars. The cabin had everything you needed to cook meals and relax. Highly recommend.

The overall experience of the Log home is absolutely Beautiful, location and everything , however the queen beds bunks are in the walkout newly built beautiful basement and does not have indoor access so it made it a little difficult with the 8 months granddaughter for naps ect . Overall everything went well . Would definitely consider renting again .

Wonderful Cabin in Gatlinburg

We stayed for a few days for Fall Break. Kids loved the pool table. Great views from the deck. Great decor. Close to the Gatlinburg Visitor Center where you can take the trolley for free. Our questions were responded to promptly. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

The cabin is beautiful, clean, and cozy. The couch in the upstairs game room was plenty big enough for our 15 year old son to sleep on, and our daughter loved having such a spacious guest room all to herself. The views from the decks are fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Quiet Mountain Relaxing Getaway

Nice cozy cabin with all of the amenities

This was our first time staying in a cabin. It was very clean and so beautiful. The only thing was we did not know the grill was charcoal and we needed to supply that. Owner was very quick to communicate if I had any questions. Definitely recommend this cabin!!

Amazing cabin!

This was the best cabin stay we have had so far! The cabin was immaculate and well prepared. The owners thought of everything. There were no issues during our stay but the owners maintained communication and ensured us that they were available if needed. The view from the balcony was great and the location was perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future visits. Beautiful views of Smokey Mountains

The best experience I’ve had in the Smokey Mountains because of our amazing house rental. We were extremely pleased with our 3 night stay. Gorgeous home inside and out

A very private location with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is tastefully decorated and very spacious. Sabrina was an outstanding hostess and made our stay very enjoyable. It was our home away from home!

Perfect!

This property had hands down the most comfortable beds I have ever had with a rental. The furniture was comfortable and there waa actual cable. The house was remote but close to town. It was beautiful! Communication was exceptional. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Cabin in the mountains

This cabin was beautiful inside and out. The view of the Smokey Mountains straight from the cabin, was breathtaking and the best part. This cabin lays right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so everything is within a ten minute drive, or less. I do recommend a 4 wheel drive, as the road up and driveway was pretty steep. I had used a 4 wheel drive, but I had seen some cars up in the area as well. As we were sitting on the front deck right before nightfall, we saw 2 bears pass through the trees. I was fortunate to be able to record them. Thank you again for letting us enjoy your cabin. Traci E.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this amazingly beautiful cabin. So peaceful & elegant.

The process was so easy & smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend OutBack Resorts & I will definitely be coming back myself. From check -in to check- out everything was so smooth & Sabrina was the best every step of the process!
