Jan 3, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful stay for New Years!! We had a great stay at It Bears Repeating. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys for the New Years week, and we had the best time ever. The home had everything we could have wanted and everything we needed. The boys loved the playroom and were entertained with the arcade games and pool table most. The home is very spacious and yet felt very warm. They even had a Christmas tree and decorations that gave us that holiday feeling even with being away from home. Everything was clean and as promised. We can't wait to visit again and hope this home or one of the host's other 2 homes are available for us. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed! ##### Michelle C. The property and appliances are new or very updated. Outdoor firepit and hot tub were very nice and easy to use. Everyone loved the media and entertainment rooms - lots to do in the evenings and it kept any late night noise from the teenagers away from the sleeping areas. The master loft is very nice but keep in mind that it is a loft and open to the first floor - plenty of privacy but noise can travel up the stairs from the main floor. We would absolutely stay here again and Richele was an attentive host. ##### Kara D. This cabin was just what we needed! It has been newly renovated, with all the amenities. We especially loved the amazing gaming room and hot tub on the back porch. There is even a beautiful path to a nice little hideaway with a gas fire pit that we enjoyed on the brisk evenings. They have thought of everything to make your trip as wonderful as possible, right down to the charming artwork that was created by the owner! Happily this property is very close to the Arts community and Gatlinburg with Pigeon Forge not far at all. We will definitely be back! ##### Donna S. I was a little nervous when I realized we weren’t as close to the strip as we typically like to stay but once we parked- we were thrilled. It really is the perfect location- just far enough away from the hustle and bustle so you get that private cabin feel even tho everything is a short drive away. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. As a family of 4 we loved the layout! This place could easily accommodate a family of 6/8 or 3 couples! The hot tub was perfect, the game room was perfect- we loved playing hookey. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the tv already being logged into a profile set up specifically for the property. That was so thoughtful- it’s usually a hassle when we are on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back whenever we are in town. Thanks again! ##### Erica H.
