Beautiful and well equipped property!

A great property that is owned by even better people! We had a great time in the house in between going on hikes and going to Gatlinburg shops or the short drive to Pigeon Forge.

Great Stay!!

This cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. It was very clean and decorated very cute. We had fun in the hot tub, playing pool, shuffleboard and the arcade game downstairs, sitting by the fire pit, and watching movies in their media room. Awesome stay!

Beautiful cabin!

Family of five enjoyed this spacious cabin! Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the media/game room as well as the fire pit and hot tub areas. The decor was outstanding with whimsical artwork by host/owner. Love was shown in the details of this cabin. Richelle the host/owner was just a phone call away and was super! Definitely a repeat visit in the future!

Perfect Destination

This cabin met all of our needs and more. Our daughter loved the game room and the loft bedroom and my wife and I enjoyed the peacefulness and relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin was clean, well organized and comfortably and beautifully decorated. We were located in a quiet area but less than 10 minutes to a grocery store and the attractions in Gatlinburg. My family and I look forward to visiting again soon.

This place was beautiful! The house was in great shape and kept very clean. The homeowner also had it decorated SO cute!! My kids loved the hot tub and the game room! We had an amazing time and will keep this property in mind for our future Cabin needs.

Amazing rental

We spent an amazing week at It Bears Repeating. The cabin was great- super clean, comfortable beds, great hot tub in a screened in porch, a cozy fire pit and a game room that we all enjoyed. The owner was easy to communicate with and she even has her own artwork on the walls that added the perfect personal touch. We were close to everything, but still hidden enough away so you didn't feel like you were that close to town. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Beautiful updated clean cabin

This cabin is the cleanest most updated place we have stayed at. Every year we come here to unwind will will book this cabin. So beautiful the owner Richele was absolutely wonderful to work with she made us feel welcomed. Not to mention the cabin was stocked with items we usually have to buy and throw away the small things count.

Perfect cabin!

This property is awesome! Lots of space for families. It’s SUPER CLEAN and has everything you could need for your stay. It’s convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and grocery store. The beds are AMAZING! We really enjoyed the game room and media room! Richele is the best host and responds to any questions quickly. I’d give it 10 STARS if I could!!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay for New Years!!

We had a great stay at It Bears Repeating. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys for the New Years week, and we had the best time ever. The home had everything we could have wanted and everything we needed. The boys loved the playroom and were entertained with the arcade games and pool table most. The home is very spacious and yet felt very warm. They even had a Christmas tree and decorations that gave us that holiday feeling even with being away from home. Everything was clean and as promised. We can't wait to visit again and hope this home or one of the host's other 2 homes are available for us. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

Great Property - highly recommend

Property is very clean and the location is great - close enough to drive to everything you want. The property and appliances are new or very updated. Outdoor firepit and hot tub were very nice and easy to use. Everyone loved the media and entertainment rooms - lots to do in the evenings and it kept any late night noise from the teenagers away from the sleeping areas. The master loft is very nice but keep in mind that it is a loft and open to the first floor - plenty of privacy but noise can travel up the stairs from the main floor. We would absolutely stay here again and Richele was an attentive host.

Excellent family friendly cabin!

This place has it all. 3 king beds, which we used for all the teenagers, the twin pull out was perfect for our 7 year old, and the media room has a queen pull out that was perfect for us. Richele literally thought of everything you could need and had it readily available. Everything was labeled and instructions were clear on how/what to do. The cabin has neighbors, but you’d never know it. It was very quiet and peaceful. I think this stay has permanently deterred us from hotels. It’s set up so that everyone has their privacy, but still enough room for everyone to gather around and watch a movie, get in the hot tub, and have a family dinner together. Everything in the cabin is high end, and very clean and organized. Richele was an excellent host, and I think our favorite part was a lot of the artwork in the cabin, she did herself. 10/10 would recommend this to any and everyone looking to stay in the Smokies!

Perfect in every way!

I was a little nervous when I realized we weren’t as close to the strip as we typically like to stay but once we parked- we were thrilled. It really is the perfect location- just far enough away from the hustle and bustle so you get that private cabin feel even tho everything is a short drive away. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. As a family of 4 we loved the layout! This place could easily accommodate a family of 6/8 or 3 couples! The hot tub was perfect, the game room was perfect- we loved playing hookey. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the tv already being logged into a profile set up specifically for the property. That was so thoughtful- it’s usually a hassle when we are on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back whenever we are in town. Thanks again!

My only regret....not staying longer!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This was my third Gatlinburg trip and was the best cabin we have stayed in! The location was convenient (10 mins to Gatlinburg strip, even closer to the arts community, 20 mins to Pigeon Forge). The home was clean and very well appointed. The cabin and property were absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos! The furniture was comfy and there were many cozy spots too. The decor was adorable and tasteful, I loved the original paintings. There were numerous entertainment possibilities - a well taken care of game room with SO many options, board games, a movie room, hot tub, indoor fire place, and outdoor fire pit! In the crisp fall air, my favorite spot in the morning was relaxing on the screened in back porch. To top that all off, the host was thoughtful, kind, and very quick to respond. My only MINOR critiques - please leave a pen with the guest book (I didn't have one and wasn't able to sign) and details about where to find the marshmallow roasting sticks (the host was super quick to respond to our text asking where they were!). Don't hesitate to book! I can't wait to come back and enjoy this property again!

Graduation celebration in the Smokies

Needed a place for family to stay foe our daughter”s graduation. This place fit the bill. Everything we needed including entertainment on-site. Close to groceries and downtown Gatlinburg as well. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. A short drive to Gatlinburg! The property was clean and very nicely maintained. We stayed with young kids, so it was nice to be able to hang out downstairs in the game room without worrying about noise. The fire pit was fun, too!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and we loved everything about it. We loved having all the space and 3 bedrooms that fit me hubby and our 2 adult kids. We loved the game room and the pool table was awesome. The jacuzzi tub was a winner. I would definitely stay here again.
