"Almost impossible to access hotel due to road construction. Exterior run down. Check in and went to room . Bathroom was filthy. Sputum on sink. Toilet had recently been used and nasty, not cleaned. Linen thread bare. No WiFi . Left hotel and booked elsewhere."
