"Although the property is older, it is kept very clean. All the bedding and mattresses seemed brand new and were very comfortable. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were very nice and the food was great! It has that small New England town feel and is very welcoming."

"It was 52 degrees in the house when we arrived which is a bit cold for my comfort. There was water coming up through the kitchen tiles so the floor was constantly wet which was because of the water table being high which was just unfortunate for us at the time. They did have a plumber coming to remedy ..."
