"We spent a long holiday weekend here knowing the place was newly renovated, and encouraged by recent reviews. Overall, the hotel did not disappoint -- our king suite was spacious and comfortable (we really like having sofa from which to watch tv or chill). The bed was very comfortable and came with a good selection of pillow types. The room was also very quiet despite being next to the elevator, so their soundproofing was seriously upgraded. The only real problem with the room was the bathroom -- the space was SO small that to close the door, you has to either stand in the shower or wedge between the toilet and shower door, and while the shower itself was great, the water pressure was incredibly LOW; couldn't take a "quick" shower. The only disappointment in the room was the coffee setup -- one would think that as a Hyatt it would have upgraded that when it did the room. Nope, instead they are still using the old crappy coffee in a tray and packets with powered creamer and tiny plastic stir sticks even tho you get china cups. If they can serve good coffee with individual creamers in the dining room, its not a stretch to switch to Keurigs and offer them in the room! Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay -- great place, friendly, professional staff, and convenient to everything we wanted to do."

From our king room to the breakfast included each morning and meals in the evening provided( along with 3 free adult beverages and pool / hot tub … We were pleased across the board. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"The area was, in my opinion, very unsafe. A resident warnes me to secure my new car very well because people come in and steal them. She had hers stolen the week prior. Also alot of what appeared to be gang activity. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up not staying as we wanted to be in a safer neighborhood "
