  • A few hundred metres from the historic centre of Garda, Casa Leopardi is an apartment of approximately 100 sqm in a two-family house: located on the 2nd floor, (38 steps with stair lift for people with disabilities if necessary). Very spacious and bright, the apartment is equipped with double glazing, tiled floors. Entrance with hallway, living room with sofa, armchair, digital terrestrial TV, access to L-shaped terrace equipped with electric blinds and partial view of the Rocca di Garda and the lake. Habitable kitchen with separate cooking area (4 gas hobs, oven, fridge/freezer + separate freezer, microwave, double sink), extendable table and digital terrestrial TV. Bedroom area: washing machine in hidden wardrobe in corridor, master bedroom with digital terrestrial TV (hill view), room with double bed with partial lake view. Bathroom with shower. Safe. Air conditioning with split in entrance and in bedroom area. Bicycles can be stored in the stairwell.
