While heating is available, it needs to be paid for on-site. This vacation rental is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay near the beautiful Lake Garda.

Unit Layout  
You will find a practical and functional 1-room apartment that spans across two levels on the 1st floor. The living area is combined with the sleeping area, featuring a sofabed, a double sofabed, and a dining table, along with a satellite TV for entertainment. This open space leads to a balcony, providing an outdoor area for relaxation. The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with four gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. Ascending the open staircase, you'll find a gallery with sloping ceilings on the upper level, containing a double bed for additional sleeping space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and forced-air heating (though heating may not be available in all rooms). The balcony offers a pleasant outdoor seating area with furniture, allowing you to soak in the distant view of the lake. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, making it easier to care for your belongings. One pet or dog is permitted during your stay, and a reserved parking spot at the house is provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit.
