Surrounded by banana plantations and less than 5 minutes from the tourist centre of Garachico. Wide and bright, with open spaces, and strategically located if you want to get to know the north of the island. It is ideal for families and groups of friends as it has capacity for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, equipped kitchen, living room and a large terrace with barbecue and sea views surrounding the house. It has Internet Wifi and parking space for 3 cars. With a lot of personality, surrounded by banana plantations and tranquility. Very well located, less than 5 minutes drive from the center of Garachico, one of the most important tourist spots in Tenerife. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful design, a large terrace with amazing views and seating areas, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and a baby highchair. Garachico is located in the north-east of the island of Tenerife, where it occupies 29.28 km2 within the Icod-Daute-Isla Baja region. More than half of its territory is covered by Canary pine, volcanic landscape and an ancient cliff that separates the historic centre from the mediocrities. Garachico has a rich architectural heritage of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries very well preserved, so it was declared of Cultural Interest in 1994\. It also has the title of Villa and Port, granted by King Alfonso XIII in 1916\. In the area of coast of this municipality there are extensive farms dedicated to the cultivation of banana, while in midlands there is self-consumption agriculture with small properties. It also has a marina recently built next to the historic centre, which coexists with beaches of stones and black sand and small cliffs. Noteworthy are the natural pools of El Caletón, one of the most popular bathing areas, and the imposing rock that rises off its coast. After the conquest of Tenerife, Garachico became the main fishing and commercial port of the island until a volcanic eruption destroyed it. This golden age attracted numerous families of great influence, which was reflected in the layout of its streets and the architecture of its buildings. The house is located in the neighbourhood of Las Cruces, Garachico. Less than 5 minutes by car from the tourist centre and the natural pools of Garachico. Très bon souvenir Maison spacieuse avec une suite et 2 autres chambres avec une seconde salle de bains. Le mobilier n’est pas moderne mais tout est fonctionnel. J’avais précisé que je souhaitais trouver une maison impeccable à notre arrivée et je n’ai pas été déçue. Environnement calme, grande terrasse avec une très belle vue. Très bon suivi par le gérant Home Like Canaries. Leur équipe est très réactive, bravo à eux ! A noter au mois de juin, soirées encore fraîches dehors lorsqu’il y a du vent . Et Barbecue pas du tout pratique, idem machine à laver : impossible de laver à eau chaude. A l’exception de ces 2 points, Nous recommandons cette maison sans problème. ##### charline G. Waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus in Las Cruces. War wieder, wie schon beim ersten Mal, alles in bester Ordnung. Sehr sauber und sehr geräumig mit einer phantastischen Terrasse. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht genau der Wirklichkeit. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich selber zu versorgen. Die Lage ist für Leute wie uns die ihre Ruhe haben wollen und viele Wanderungen unternehmen perfekt. Herausragend ist die tolle und große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bananenplantagen und das Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht wenn man sich selber versorgen möchte. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der Wirklichkeit. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die freundliche Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Die Austattung der Möbel in dem Haus und auf der Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. ##### Sven K. Es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird und sollte mal etwas fehlen kann man sich darauf verlassen, das alles getan wird um es zu beschaffen. Garachico ist in ca. 20 und Caleta in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Kontakt zur Agentur und ganz besonders zur Eigentümerin und deren Eltern. Hier wurde wirklich alles getan damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich, haben viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Zudem bauen sie Bananen und Wein an, beides sehr köstlich. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in beide Richtungen sind süße Ortschaften fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zudem auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen.
