Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
No staff. Inflexible rules. No elevator. It was not clear before getting the room that it had those conditions. As one example I am a foreigner and needed to enter the plus symbol on the keypad for my phone number, but no “+” symbol is on the keypad presented. Bath towels were cheap and small. Was able to talk to someone remotely who got me checked in.
