« lamentable : nous avons payé une réservation en prévenant que nous arriverions tard . bien que l'établissement dispose d'un système de boite à clés , ils n'ont pas daigné nous transmettre les codes du coup impossible d'y sejourner , le jour j, aucune info , aucune excuse rien . nous avons payé pour une prestation qui n'a pas été rendue . le service Hotel.com pas mieux : 2h au téléphone en anglais pour finalement être relogé dans un hotel ou nous avons payé cher. au final établissement à fuir et...

"Very nice, cosy and comfortable. Delicious fresh home made breakfast and the personal is kind and always willing to help. I was at Roskilde on business, rented bikes to move around town. Train station is about 20mins walk, might be easier to rent a car to facilitate mobility in town if you are on a schedule. "
