Large main entrance room, consisting of living room / kitchen, dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, oven and refrigerator. A separate room divides the sleeping area with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and all comforts. The large window on the property and the entrance door window give a nice brightness to the room. From the living room you can access a second smaller bedroom, equipped with two single beds and also provided with large window door that directly on the side garden. On request, there is an additional baby cot and / or bed side X at no extra cost. There is a bathroom with shower, sanitary facilities, washbasin and lavatory which is accessed from the main room. Included condominium, with wall splitter: cold air and, if necessary, hot. Consumption included. The locals must be returned in order. Cleaning is done after departure, if you wish you can book additional cleaning. Outside, the house, in the middle of a beautiful countryside full of olive trees and other essences and characteristic aromatic plants, like a pepper tree, large bushes of sage and rosemary, has a large terrace / solarium equipped with deck chairs and coffee table With traditional chairs, ideal for outdoor summer days surrounded by green Salento. Access to the house is guaranteed by a dedicated avenue leading directly to the relaxation area. An outdoor shower, perfect for bathing quickly after a day at the sea, completes the picture of a perfectly equipped, independent, furnished and made even more characteristic cottage by the presence of colorful recycled mosaics made by local artist Loredana Biondo, decorating the Kitchen, bathroom and even outdoor shower with lively colorful motifs. We are a few tens of meters from the SP 362, in the stretch that connects Gallipoli to the neighboring Alezio. The remarkable proximity to the Lecce-Leuca SS101 link makes access to the whole area of ​​Gallipoli Beach very easy, both for the stretch exposed to Scirocco, the destination of the day and night salentina Salentina as well as the Rivabella area, Santa Maria al Bagno etc. Exposed to sunset, beautiful but definitely quieter. We are less than 2 km from the hospital and 4 km from the center of Gallipoli. You can ride your bike along the Contrada Santa Venardia until Gallipoli through a path surrounded by the Salento olive trees. There are shops for the resale of food and essential goods at about 2 km away. It is recommended to be equipped with a motorized medium. In the summertime we grow a pleasant vegetable garden with which we prepare interesting dishes such as taijine, shavings, pizzas and other dishes bookable a few hours in advance to the hostess!
