"All staff, especially Fredrika at the desk were excellent. They make the hotel extra special. The breakfast was good also. We rented a room with a balcony. It rained and the balcony flooded because the downspout from the roof emptied right into our balcony leaving two inches of water for a day and 1/2. We could not use our balcony that we paid for. "
