  • COTTAGE TAVERNA consists of two airy, well-lit apartments furnished to create a blend of traditional and modern styles.
    Each apartment has its own dining area, but there’s plenty of space to eat together as well....
    On the first floor of the house, there is a living room with enough space for the entire group to eat together, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
    The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, double sink, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
    On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette/dining area.

    Outside, nestled among the cool shade of beautiful trees, the house features its own garden, a fenced-in swimming pool with a sun deck for the exclusive use of guests, private parking, and a barbecue for fabulous outdoor gatherings with friends and family. The large garden is perfect for children to play outdoors—they are always welcome.
    A valley rich in vegetation and particularly peaceful, ideal for those who love a completely relaxing vacation.
    We live nearby and are always available to offer help and travel suggestions.

The house (and Andrea) is fantastic!

The house is exactly like the advertisement. Wonderfully spacious and large. Enough room for 2 groups. The neighborhood is very pleasant, nice villages within 5 minutes drive. Andrea also gave us his own wines and olive oil! So nice. Hopefully again next year!

casa pulita e accogliente, host molto cordiali e disponibili, location immersa nel verde degli irti colli toscani è affacciata su una prospettiva unica di castelnuovo di garfagnana. consigliato per staccare dalla dura vita di città.

Sehr schöne Lage

Das Check in verlief problemlos. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Haus steht Alleine und es reklamiert niemand, wenn wir laut waren. Der Garten ist wunderschön, der Pool war für alle eine erfrischende Abkühlung und wurde jeden Morgen vom Gastgeber gereinigt. Die Einrichtung im Haus erfüllte ihren Zweck. Das Haus ist schon ein wenig älter und einfach eingerichtet, aber erfüllte seinen Zweck. Wir habe noch eine Flasche Wein und Olivenöl geschenkt bekommen. Eine sehr nette Geste von Andrea. Wir waren eine durchmischte Gruppe. Ideal war dass das Haus in zwei Wohnungen unterteilt war. Und sich alle auch zurück ziehen konnten.

Bella casa di campagna

Ottimo soggiorno, casa ampia e pulita, abbastanza fornita. Giardino molto grande con bella piacina. Andrea è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
