Our stay at Maalu Maalu was excellent. The rooms are well designed for families and the bathroom in particular is huge. The pool area is great with lots of loungers available. The beach is incredible with calm shallow water which is perfect for young children. The breakfast was vast and catered for everyone including an omelette bar which my husband loved.

We checked in past midnight. Hotel room had no lifts to our room so we had to lug our luggages via two flight of stairs. Room is so pathetically old and towels were grey. No tissues or basic amenities like toothbrush were provided. The hotel needs a refresh!
