Splendid 70 sqm apartment in Monti, a hamlet of Gaiole in Chianti, for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building (step for access).  
  
The property is immersed in the Tuscan hills of Chianti, an area famous for the production of one of the most renowned wines of the peninsula. A few minutes away is the Castello di Brolio, one of the oldest in Italy.  
  
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and garden with shared swimming pool.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, 25 TV, bookcase, fireplace, dining table with chairs;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;  
  
\- OUTDOOR GARDEN with dining area with table, chairs and barbecue;  
  
\- SWIMMING POOL (shared) with garden, sun loungers and umbrellas.

The property is located in the town of Monti, a hamlet of Gaiole in Chianti, a municipality nestled in the heart of the Chianti hills, in a strategic position between Siena and Florence. This area is famous for the production of one of the most renowned wines in Italy. Therefore, if you are thinking of visiting the area to taste the local wines you are in the right place, given the presence of numerous wineries nearby.  
  
Finally, just a few minutes by car is the Castello di Brolio, one of the oldest and most imposing fortresses in Italy. In the Middle Ages, during the disputes between the municipalities, the castle played a fundamental strategic role as a defensive bastion along the border between Florence and Siena.
