Arranged over two floors, the house offers a selection of welcoming living spaces, including two living rooms, one with a fireplace, a reading room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room seating up to eight guests. The property also features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and elegant bathrooms finished in traditional Tuscan travertine. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms on the first floor, while the thick historic walls naturally keep the ground floor cool during the warmer months.
Outside, a beautiful private garden provides a peaceful setting surrounded by the rolling hills of Chianti. Guests can relax in the garden, dine al fresco on the panoramic terrace or enjoy a barbecue while taking in the views. A private panoramic whirlpool pool, measuring 5 x 3 metres, completes the outdoor experience and can be heated upon request.
