This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is a short 15 minute drive to either Shands, North Florida hospital, VA hospital, or UF. Perfect for travel nurses, working professionals or families of patients at the hospitals. The home has a semi open floor plan. Walk into a beautifully decorated living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a King bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and a 3-season porch. The second bedroom is roomy with a full size bed. There is a full size washer/dryer in attached laundry room. We have 24/7 emergency maintenance. Quiet neighborhood on the NW side of Gainesville. Easily get to anywhere in Gainesville. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
