Gator Grove - Colonial House - Brand New Build!

Enjoy our spacious, new, property that is only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit.

Our home is a brand-new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The property is walking distance to Cypress & Grove brewing company. Enjoy a central location on a peaceful, safe, street!

Beautiful and very spacious home - very new and nice amenities. Acess to all of the streaming apps on tv was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. The refrigerator was not clean - one of the bins appeared to have leakage from beef juices and coffee maker not clean. We were charged a cleaning fee and assumed this was charged to the previous renters and expected a clean house upon our arrival. (Have pictures) With several communiques - about damage and responsibilities provided prior and after arrival and posted throughout the home, and in emails, we were concerned as there were grooves in the hardwood floor, missing handle on the dresser lower drawer in the master bedroom, several outlets not working. Affected our stay/enjoyment to some extent as we easily could have been held responsible/liable. We requested to stay an extra day and were told they would get back with us but no one did. Inability to adjust the temperature unless we contacted management - should not interrupt our stay contacting management for something as simple as this. Very cool to cold at night. Luckily our sleeping bag opened into a blanket. Ending on a good note, we were able to pick up dish we had left in the dishwasher from the cleaning lady after departing. We contacted management about this and said they had opened a ticket. We called back and confirmed the cleaner gave us the dish and the ticket could be closed.

Great property with great amenities!! This is a premier location if you’re looking for comfort at a reasonable price point. The home is a new build and resembles the online pictures. The only downfall is the tight parking. The home across from us had company frequently which created a tight space for parking. We will definitely be looking to book this place again during the football season.

The home was immaculate. Almost every square inch clean and beautiful. The drawers in the refrigerator could have been cleaned better. They were a little gross. Other than that everything was clean and neat and tidy.Everything was in good repair. There were a couple of towel racks that were loose enough that I was afraid that may fall off the wall. The toilet paper dispenser in the downstairs bathroom was falling off the wall also. These are very small things, not a big deal at all. Overall a beautiful, beautiful home. Very well taken care of, very clean and nice. We hope to stay again in the future! Five stars!

The house was constructed about 2 years ago. I consider the house and appliances to be high end. It was clean and well maintained. Our only problem was getting into the house with the lock code. There are 4 similar houses in the same area. The website pictures were for one of the other houses. My code wasn't working because I was at the wrong house. I see this issue has been corrected.

New Build, Great Stay

We chose this location due to its proximity to the campus and Downtown Gainesville. Property is tucked away on some established neighborhoods, with a Community Gaden right across the street. The home is outfitted with modern amenities and a spacious Master bedroom and bath. The living space was a great use for remote working during the day, and plenty of space for evening dinners and relaxing. The house is located in a comfortable group of attached homes. House was supplied with laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags and a generous supply of kitchen ware and utensils.Our overall stay was comfortable, quiet and perfect for our stay in Gainesville.

Gator Weekend

Our stay was perfect! Every detail was thought of including stocked shampoo/soap bottles in showers, and several packets so that we could do laundry. It was a great weekend to enjoy Gator football, and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house is brand new and very clean. There is plenty of natural light. It was close to many restaurants and stores. The manager was very responsive and responded quickly to a few small issues we had.

Holiday at Gator Grove

We were very comfortable at this property. The bed we used was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We appreciated the liquid soap supplied in all the bathrooms, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, the availability of a hairdryer, the supply of coffee filters, the dishwasher soap, the laundry soap pods, and other general amenities that we did not have to buy. The kitchen was great. The vibe was nice. We will save this property as a favorite.

Beautiful Home

Home just as described. My family stayed here over thanksgiving weekend while visiting my Mother who is in a Nursing home in Gainesville. We had plenty of space, good location. Immaculate home! Parking is a little tricky but I would Highly recommend. We are in Gainesville atleast once a month and we would certainly stay here again.
