I had to call the property manager as I got confused about which set of stairs to use to get to our room, and they answered right away and were super helpful!The bed was comfy, with crisp linens. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower. There is an adjustable thermostat, and a cute little breakfast nook. Hard to sleep with. Power went out once but came back on quickly. We would stay again as walking distance to hospital. Hosts were great to answer questions and help. Maybe a pot holder would be needed to take things out of the oven as we like to eat at home. The bedrooms are oddly configured as you have go through one to get to the other. We never found the washer/dryer. The host was very accomdating and brought a new TV the day we checked in. The interior has been updated and generally has what you need for a brief stay. I should note that this condo is on the 2nd floor and is one straight flight of narrow stairs, so if you have any disabilities or impairments this may be an issue for you.
