Hotels.com should not be categorizing this hotel as a 3 star. That’s the only reason I considered staying there. The pictures are misleading (most of the nice ones seem to be renderings and not actual pictures). The room had stains on the blanket and lamps and carpeting in the hallway and there were large chips and defects on the tile floor. The bathroom ceiling and molding was also significantly peeling in many places. It did not feel clean. After checking in and seeing the room I went to the front desk to tell them I did not feel comfortable staying there. The lady was very helpful and canceled my reservation, which I appreciated. However the profile of the hotel is very misleading. It was not worth trying to save money. This hotel is a 2 star at best.
