### Studio by Casa da Quinta

It is located a 5-minute drive from Funchal. Very close to the house is the O Penteada Market, with a bakery, pastry shop, hairdresser, restaurant and a bank. Madeira Tecnopolo and the University of Madeira are a 5-minute walk from the farmhouse.  
  
This studio has a bunk bed, each bed can accommodate two people due to its size, for couples with a child, parents can stay in the upper bed and the child in the lower one. Customers can also choose to stay one in each bed with the assurance of a comfortable rest.  
  
During the day, the lower bed is easily retracted and the upper bed can be used as a sofa.
