The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected.

The room and facility were clean and the room was spacious. The bed was quite comfortable too. I slept well. However, the room could use some dusting in certain areas. The non-refundable policy is absolute. I canceled the first night of stay, but stayed the second. The Manager didn’t offer any compensation whatsoever when I explained my situation. I felt that even a breakfast ticket would be a professional gesture for the night I had paid, but did not stay. Additionally, upon checking out the staff overcharged me for the parking facility, which a refund was given for. I got the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me as a foreigner, although I have lived in this country for 22 years.

フロントデスクの方々がとても親切でした。 部屋は素泊まりで特に何も使わなかったのですが、湯わかしポットの上に使い捨てられたティッシュが載っていて心配だったので触りませんでした。 向かいの建物にある東北牧場というところでブッフェスタイルの朝食を利用しました。最初は、食べている時に空いた器を何度も取りに来てくれたのですが、後半は食べ終わったお皿をずっと置きっぱなしにしてあったのにそのままにされていました。 食べている時は落ち着かないので下げず、食べ終わったお皿を下げてもらえたらもっと快適だったと思います。

京王アリーナでのライブのため利用しました。電車で７分ほどで京王アリーナの最寄り駅につきますし、駅近でとても便利です。ホテル周辺にはスーパーやドラックストア、ローソン、セブンがあり買い物にも困りませんでした。 機会があればまた利用したいです。お世話になりました。
