Lilla Lilo Gården - a real gem on Frösön

Welcome to charming Lilla Lilo Gården: here you get your own little idyll in the middle of nature & yet close to town. The farm is surrounded by forest & meadow with its own entrance. Just tread on creepy forest paths directly down to the lake to take an evening dip. And yet there is bike & walking distance to town (3.5 km), bus directly by the road. The house has lovely new wooden floors, new bathroom & is warm & lovingly decorated - you will enjoy it! Washing machine & cute little patio for cozy morning coffee available.

In the small house you live quite undisturbed on a large plot of 1 ha. Wifi via fiber is included, and thus TV opportunity. If you stay more than 3 days then linen and towels are included, otherwise you can rent a set for SEK 100 / night / person. The cleaning can be rented for 800 SEK.

The forest is just behind the house although it is walking distance to town .... and of course you can use the lawn around the house for barbecues or outdoor games. If you have questions or need something, we live just a hundred meters away and are happy to help you with anything that may be needed!

It is clear that we welcome you at the beginning of your stay if we can and do you need to reach us while you are in Lilla Lilo Gården, then we live upstairs over the meadow in the big house, or you call, simply!

From Lilla Lilo Gården you have walking or cycling distance to Östersund, you can take bus no 5 to town or winter time even ski into the lake. If you want to see more of Jämtland, Frösön is in the middle, and you can easily get around by car or by bus and train. Walk around Frösöberget, or cycle Frösö ... or even Storsjön around, or to the nature reserve Anderssön (there is an almost completed cycle route all the way from us to Anderssön)! The mountains, Ovikenfjällen, with hiking and ski trails and a large alpine lift system can be reached within just over an hour, to Åre it is less than 1.5 hours. And in Bydalen you can perhaps borrow our mountain cottage during the day if you want to rest a bit from hiking or skiing .... Very beautiful to discover then!From here you can swim in Storsjön, participate in Sweden's largest music festival, Storsjöyran, experience unique Jamtli Historieland, reach Åre within an hour for skiing .... and much more

Lilla Lilo Gården is located in a quiet area on a farm, close to the forest and the Östberget recreation area, and only 3.5 km from Stortorget in Östersund. So you can as a guest go on a forest walk, run down to the lake to swim, and at the same time have walking distance to the town and everything it has to offer.
