Designed with comfort and coastal flair in mind, this spacious home sleeps up to 9 guests and offers the perfect blend of style, function, and relaxation.Step inside to find a bright and cheerful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home filled with playful decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept living and dining areas provide the perfect space for gathering, while the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood feasts. The luxurious king ensuite boasts a spa-like bathroom, offering a private oasis after a day of adventure. The second guest room includes both a queen and a twin bed while the third guest room includes another queen bed. These two, queen guest rooms also share a bath. The loft space has a full bed as well as a bonus, kid-friendly foldout ottoman for cozy sleeping.Outside, enjoy the island breeze from the large deck, complete with outdoor seating for 8, or retreat to the screened porch—ideal for quiet morning coffees or alfresco dinners under the stars. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
