Nestled in a quiet area and surrounded by lush island foliage, this inviting coastal retreat places you just steps from the ocean while offering a peaceful haven to unwind and recharge. Designed with comfort and coastal flair in mind, this spacious home sleeps up to 9 guests and offers the perfect blend of style, function, and relaxation.Step inside to find a bright and cheerful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home filled with playful decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept living and dining areas provide the perfect space for gathering, while the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood feasts. The luxurious king ensuite boasts a spa-like bathroom, offering a private oasis after a day of adventure. The second guest room includes both a queen and a twin bed while the third guest room includes another queen bed. These two, queen guest rooms also share a bath. The loft space has a full bed as well as a bonus, kid-friendly foldout ottoman for cozy sleeping.Outside, enjoy the island breeze from the large deck, complete with outdoor seating for 8, or retreat to the screened porch—ideal for quiet morning coffees or alfresco dinners under the stars. Whether you're here for sun-soaked days at the beach or simply looking to slow down and reconnect, this charming Fripp Island getaway is ready to welcome you home. 4-person golf cart included.PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
