The open living spaces are the perfect setting for family gatherings and true island living. The home features three levels with decks and screened spaces for each of the 3 bedrooms. The well-appointed living area includes plenty of seating for relaxing movie nights and a fully-equipped kitchen for dining in. The living room features a fireplace and cozy pit-group seating and the most amazing views over the marsh for stunning sunsets. The primary bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bath. The private deck offers a quiet place to take in the island wildlife and the sights and sounds of the salt marsh. Additional bedrooms include a double suite and another with 2 doubles. A guest bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms. Each offers access to a balcony. There is also a sitting area on the upper level for a quick nap or reading your favorite book. This property includes a golf cart to take you to the beach, Davis Love park and so much more. It is a short walk from the Marina Store, pool and Island Excursions. Club cards are available for purchase with this property. Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO.
