Just steps from the pool, golf course, and the newly renovated Ocean Point Grille, the setting couldn’t be more ideal. Step inside to an open-concept living area where the kitchen sits to the left, featuring stainless steel appliances and overlooking a spacious dining table. The adjoining living room, decorated in serene blues and whites, opens onto a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining set—perfect for enjoying ocean breezes. The king primary suite is located adjacent to the living room and includes direct access to the back deck along with an en suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. At the front of the house, a second bedroom with a queen bed shares a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an en suite bath and walk-in shower, as well as a fourth bedroom furnished with A twin XL-over-queen bunkbed, a queen bed AND a twinxl bed—ideal for kids or groups. Please note: this bunkroom does not have direct bathroom access; guests may use the bath in the bedroom across the hall or the hall bath downstairs.
