We will greet you & give a quick orientation so you can fully utilize and enjoy all the benefits of this amazing property. During your stay our level of interaction is completely up to you - we are reachable at anytime by phone or text.

This property is very private and not part of any neighborhood. It shares a private driveway with two other houses that are nearby but not too close.

Located about 7 miles from downtown Friday Harbor & 3 miles from Roche Harbor. It takes about 15 minutes or less to reach the ferry terminal.

Guests have access to the entire property and all of the features and amenities.
*️⃣ DRIVEWAY - The property is in a secluded, wooded area accessed via 1/3 mile private gravel road.
*️⃣ WOODS - There are a few trails cleared through the woods behind the lawn, feel free to explore!
*️⃣ BEACH - The beach is accessible directly in front of the property. Neighbors on each side have their own private beach areas so please stay on the beach area directly in front of the property.
*️⃣ MOORING BUOY - Use of the mooring buoy is available upon request & can accommodate a boat up to 35 ft in length.

RESIDENT WILDLIFE - 🦦
Nature lovers will find constant entertainment provided by local wildlife. You will see eagles, harbor seals and harbor porpoises every day. Most days a family of otters swim past the house and feed in the shallows right off the beach (sometimes they run up the stairs, across the patio and into the woods). Pods of orcas cruise by every week and if you watch carefully you can see humpback whales and huge stellar see lions. Deer frequent the yard and try to eat the apples and pears in the small orchard. Kingfishers and blue herons love to fish in the shallow waters close to shore.

Enjoy everything San Juan Island has to offer from the privacy of this amazing home - perfect for groups or multiple families. There are 3 separate units on this property: the Main House, the Bunk House and the Cottage.

- Option 1 = park your vehicle in the overnight parking lot & walk onto the ferry.
- Option 2 = drive onto the ferry. Reservations necessary. In order to redeem a reservation: must check-in with attendant at least 30 min prior to the sailing time 45-60 min prior is recommended. Please note there is often heavy traffic on the drive between Seattle & Anacortes.

✈️... BY SMALL PLANE - Kenmore Air offers multiple daily flights from 2 Seattle locations (Boeing Field & Lake Union) to San Juan Island (Friday Harbor Airport, Friday Harbor Marina & Roche Harbor Marina). Dogs are allowed!
