The hotel was very clean and quiet, and all the staff was friendly and helpful! Airport shuttle was a huge help, too.

Love the room with the super comfortable beds, and the interior design of the bathroom, shower and bath. The view was great as well, with a view of the space needle.

Stayed multiple times and continue to enjoy our stay. Will stay again! Breakfast small bites would be helpful but only knit picking. Staff went above and beyond for our son’s birthday - truly awesome hotel.

The room was a bit of a disappointment. When I made the reservation, I specifically paid extra to book a room on a higher floor. However, the room I was given was filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a room change, and while I was given a different room, it was on a much lower floor—just the 2nd floor, where people in the parking lot could easily see inside. There was no mention of any refund or adjustment for the price difference, and although it wasn't a large amount, I would have appreciated some acknowledgement or gesture. The way the situation was handled felt a bit disappointing.
