Logan's House is a recently renovated and beautifully appointed two-story private home, perfect for families, groups, or anyone needing extra space. Located just a mile from major highways and downtown Frederick, you have easy access to everything. Enjoy plenty of free private parking, an EV charger onsite, and a home thoughtfully designed with modern comforts and stylish decor that honors its original charm. The Space The home’s open concept flows from room to room with plenty of natural light, highlighting the original hardwood floors and trim work. Spacious Living Room: The perfect gathering spot with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), a small library with board games and a large smart TV equipped with surround sound. Full Kitchen & Dining: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, adjacent to a dining room that seats 8. Three Comfortable Bedrooms: Main Level Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and an adjoined half-bath for convenience. Two Upper-Level Bedrooms: Share a full bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms include smart TVs, ceiling fans, and white noise machines for a perfect night's sleep. Need more space – check out Patty’s Place directly next door to accommodate 3 additional guests. Things to note that may not be clear in the listing - downstairs bathroom is a half-bath (no shower or bathtub); while it is a single family house, there is really no yard to speak of; the house is embedded in a bit of a commercial district, on a somewhat busy road - that said, the house is tight and the road sound didn't bother us, and the road has a 25 mph speed limit, which helps.
