The Space The home’s open concept flows from room to room with plenty of natural light, highlighting the original hardwood floors and trim work. Spacious Living Room: The perfect gathering spot with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), a small library with board games and a large smart TV equipped with surround sound. Full Kitchen & Dining: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, adjacent to a dining room that seats 8. Three Comfortable Bedrooms: Main Level Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and an adjoined half-bath for convenience. Two Upper-Level Bedrooms: Share a full bathroom with a tub. Things to note that may not be clear in the listing - downstairs bathroom is a half-bath (no shower or bathtub); while it is a single family house, there is really no yard to speak of; the house is embedded in a bit of a commercial district, on a somewhat busy road - that said, the house is tight and the road sound didn't bother us, and the road has a 25 mph speed limit, which helps.
