"The room is very spacious, bed is comfortable. There’s a kitchen with full fridge, am sure it was fully equipped but guests have either broke the utensils and whatnot so some are missing. It helps for long stays because you can cook meals. Housekeeping personnel ( the one’s I talk to can’t speak English). The lady that check me in is not customer friendly she is non- conversant most of the time, the younger girls are more friendly and very helpful."

"We needed handicap features for my husband in a wheelchair. The hotel wasn’t able to provide a shower chair that fit in the tub. We had to buy our own. There must’ve been a breakdown in communication regarding house keeping. While we hung the do not disturb sign on our door for the first 2 nights of our 7 night stay, Our room was never cleaned. We asked for towels and toilet paper, finally, as these were not automatically provided. The interior of the hotel was clean and nice, but the exterior needs attention. The breakfast and breakfast area was very nice. Each day the same food offerings were available, sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and a variety of cereals, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, and more. The staff we encountered all seemed friendly."
