« The prices are unreasonably high for how poorly maintained this place is. The ceilings had mold, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the toilet would barely flush and was dirty, the water faucets were filthy, and the bathtub was disgusting. Overall, the property is in very poor condition and does not justify the price they charge. I would not recommend staying here »

« This place was wild. The pool was very warm, but unfortunately warmer than the hot tub. They seem to be pretty stingy with towels, but they did finally give us two extra (so all four people in the room could have their own towel.) Our bed was mysteriously moist—like the bedding hadn’t been dried quite all the way when it was put on the bed. We just slept on top of the covers because we were too tired to bother. The duvet cover wasn’t one though—just two sheets sandwiching the duvet between...

« I booked a room for a day I seen the room was dirty chairs had some type of liquid I don’t know what it is and looked very poorly maintained.I checked in and in less than 20 min I checked out. I’m so disgusted by this hotel I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy, even regarding the customer service they didn’t say we will give a another room or Aleast show some type of care and compassion. I’m highly disappointed in this hotel. »

« We were told the incidental fee was $25 then they charged to charge us $125 which was not what we were tld from the beginning. The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price. »

« When I booked the room I booked King size bed suite. When we got there the room they had reserved was 2 queen size beds. When I asked they said they had been having trouble with booking through 3rd party sites like Expedia. They didn't have any other rooms available. When I spoke to the owner the next morning he also said it was the 3rd party sites that was the issue. I have not had any problems when booking through Expedia before so it seemed like they were placing blame instead of owning...
