Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Loved this resort so much, it was breathtaking. The only issue would be that it’s far out so if you have a car then no problem but if not it cost us 400 euros to get back to the airport (Bergamo) and 250 euro to get there from MXP airport.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

"Breakfast overlooking Lake Como was outstanding. The walk to/from town and train station was not wonderful. The staff, especially Matteo, were amazing. We rented a boat and toured the lake for a few hours. Also went to the Orrido waterfalls. Quiet and quaint little town without the crushing tourists ..."

"Beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet was just fair. Some good options. Nice pool. Beautiful views. Only dislike was the sauna/shower open concept in the room I shared with my mother. Staff did offer to move us. A nice lakeside walk to a more northern town which had better food options."
