We invite you to come and relax, in the recently updated, quaint log cabin. It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a romantic escape. Located 15 miles East of Ludington, 14 miles West of Baldwin and by the Manistee National Forest. This is a great place for trail riding, hiking and enjoying the outdoors, with access to a public boat launch 1/2 block away on Long Lake. Perfect for swimming, fishing or spending time in the water kayaking or canoeing. This quiet cabin gives an inviting romantic, woodsy atmosphere, with modern amenities. This is a smoke free and pet free premises. The cabin is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Kerig, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We have cable TV and Internet/ Wi Fi. The bedroom has a luxurious, king bed. There is also a full sleeper and twin sleeper for additional guests. This quiet getaway provides plenty of places to relax, from sitting in front of the real stone fireplace reading, or in the gazebo or around the firepit. The bonfire chairs could use some cleaning;,also the front board on the bonfire deck came loose and fell over; needs repair. It has all the amenities and more, just like being at home. Elly has gone out of her way to be accommodating to us. There are so many sitting areas in nature and the bonfire area was beautiful. It is wonderful that it has a covered area in case of rain. Perfect for morning coffee. We will probably be back our next trip to Ludington since everything is so close. Nice job! ##### Julie T. Elly’s attention to detail was superb; everything was thought of. We had a great time making breakfast together in the kitchen, relaxing bye the fire, and flopping around the lovely little cozy cabin. We would 100% stay here again. Has everything you could want. The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy outside however it was really nice to be able to just relax. The bed is very comfortable and soft.
