Not enough soap or toilet paper or other services but staff was helpful

Let me start by one by one. Location- Difficult to get there unless you have a car. Also is on top of a mountain. Hotel- Nice and clean and good view (because it’s on top of a slop) Amenities- I received a complimentary spa massage because I booked a VIP room but I couldn’t use it because most of the slots were booked and I had activities to do as well. Breakfast- is a bit confusing not going to lie, they gave me paper and asked me to tick for the food I would like to have but again didn’t know if they going to my room or should I be coming down for the breakfast. So I missed my breakfast day1 and then day2 I decided to go down to the kitchen area and they said I can have it there. There are literally no stores near by, but reception people are helpful and would find you cabs and help you around the area. So yes it was a bit confusing. But as coming with stay it was pretty good.

The hotel location was in an accessible area, allowing me to easily explore the city due to everything being walking distance. However, if loud noises bother you I wouldn’t recommend since I to located in the downtown area where you can hear all the traffic. The hotel receptionist Arsa was very welcoming and helpful allowing me to have a smooth check in/check out. There was however some type of leak in my bathroom when I got there but other than that the room was decent.
