This custom-built Aubrey MacGregor home is perfectly positioned to capture uninterrupted views of the Fortune River, Bay Fortune Harbour, the historic wharf, and the open ocean beyond, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your island escape. Inside, the home is warm, bright, and thoughtfully designed for gathering and relaxation. The open-concept main floor flows effortlessly from space to space, beginning with a front-facing living room where expansive windows frame golden sunsets over the water and a cozy propane fireplace invites you to unwind at the end of the day. The formal dining room provides an elegant setting for shared meals, while the well-equipped kitchen encourages cooking together with stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, peninsula seating, and generous counter space. Just off the kitchen, the welcoming family room features a wood stove and television and opens directly onto the garden and back patio. This seamless connection to the outdoors makes it easy to enjoy warm summer evenings, whether you’re dining al fresco, listening to the quiet sounds of the water, or simply relaxing in the fresh coastal air.
