Near the excellent bars, restaurants and nightclubs of Fortaleza. Located in a RESIDENTIAL, 100 meters from Beira-Mar Avenue, beautiful postcard of the city of Fortaleza, where is located the traditional Beira-Mar fair, and 1.5 km from Dragão do Mar Cultural Center, center with several attractions such as theater, cinema and museum. It is 2 km from Fortaleza Central Market, perfect place to buy regional items. It is also close to the metal bridge, beautiful tourist spot with stunning sea views.
