Hotel em si precisa de manutenção e reformas, fica bem localizado, mas peca muito na qualidade. Não tem uma mesa no quarto para realizar tarefas simples, ao lado da cama tem uma cadeira plástica como mesinha de suporte, janelas não tem vedação acústica (rua bastante movimentada, também a noite), cortinas que não vedam a luminosidade e forma satisfatória. Café da manhã servido das 07h as 9:30, muito tarde o início do café.De fato, péssimo custo x benefício.

Muito boa frente ao valor pago. O hotel foi pintado, está com acomodações razoáveis, éramos casal e duas crianças de 11 anos e tinha uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, banheiro com tolhas limpas, roupa de cama adequada, 4 travesseiros, e 4 sabonetes de hotel, não havia shampoo e condicionador, mas tudo bem. O café da manhã também adequado, pão, sanduicheira, queijo e presunto, ovos, salsicha, cuzcuz, frutas, café, leite em pó, achocolatado em pó, dois tipos de suco etc. Suficiente e honesto. Recepção bonita e deu tudo certo. No meu quarto quando alguém abria as portas de outros quartos o do nosso fazia um barulho, isso pode ser resolvido pelo hotel colocando aquelas borrachas entre a porta e a moldura. Meus amigos de outro quarto relataram que a noite acordaram com barulho de malas no corredor, quanto a isso realmente não há o que fazer kkk. Foi muito boa, relativamente próximo à feirianha da praia, recomendo.

Pontos positivos: simpatia dos recepcionistas, boa localização e preço. Pontos negativos: a cozinha fica no mesmo corredor dos quartos do andar superior, portanto, depois das 06:00h. é impossível dormir. O liquidificador irá acordá-lo. Conversa alta entre os funcionários. As paredes da escada estavam em obras e não houve limpeza adequada da poeira. Estrutura antiga, porta do banheiro com maçaneta quebrada, blackout não impedia a entrada de luz, café da manhã com falta de reposição em duas das três diárias. Apesar do preço competitivo, não compensou em função dos transtornos.
