O apartamento estava com muita poeira no chão, pedi reforço,pois tenho uma bebê de 10 meses que engatinhar, mas não limparam. As janelas da cortina de vidro estão precisando de manutenção, muito ruim pra abrir e fechar. Percebe-se que o imóvel precisa de manutenção, tem ate armários gavetas querbadis

O condominovel é espetacular com Saída de frente para o mar; piscinas maravilhosas pra quando se chega da praia; o Wi-Fi do apartamento não funcionou nos dias que estávamos lá, o que foi um problema na hora de trabalhar, por outro lado, sem O Wi-Fi meus filhos não Ficaram no celular e foram Para a piscina !!!!

Experiência maravilhosa nessa acomodação. O apartamento muito bom e o condomínio com várias opções de lazer. A comunicação ótima! Sempre respondiam prontamente. Amamos e indicamos. Alguns pontos de melhoria já foram repassados e atendidos. Por exemplo: a pia da varanda que estava entupida e a limpeza do banheiro que tinham alguns pelos. Nada que atrapalhou nosso período, mas que pode ser melhorado.
