There was no place to eat near the hotel and their cafe and bar was under construction. Dinner was from a vending machine.

This place is complete DUMP! I have to think that some of their reviews are fake because I don’t know how someone could rate this place above a 1 star. A bunch of things in our room didn’t work - lights, the kitchen sink, etc. Then the ceiling of our bathroom started leaking disgusting brown water. The manger said the room wasn’t even supposed to be rented it was “out of order.” Then I had to ask for a new room, it was not offered. “New” room had a bunch of things broken too. Key cards had to be reset every day because the card readers are 30 years old. Staff all appear to be teens with no training and zero customer service, the cleaning staff will just hang out in rooms watching tv, some seem to live at the hotel and walk around barefoot or in pjs in the lobby at night. You can hear everything your neighbors do or say, and the rooms are insanely hot with no AC or temp control. The restaurant is gross - gnats in our food and overpriced. The room rates are outrageous-$400+ a night for several nights of our stay for the equivalent of a truck stop motel. Rate is worth no more than $80 a night at most. This place is a ripoff - book ANYWHERE else.

We loved this property. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the 22 minute walk to the main touristy area. The hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the interior is completely remodeled. We loved all the high end finishes. I especially loved the comfy bed, pillows, and large bathroom/shower. We had a sea facing view which was noisy due to the hwy, but we walked 12 miles + per day, so we fell asleep even with the noise level. We would stay again!
