Room air had an odor, the toilet stopped working during the night and no one to call, and no one at the desk the next morning when we left. I had to leave a note about the toilet. It was fun walking straight into the furniture store. And our host at check-in was fun and helpful. Signage to the front entrance is incorrect and the front door not clearly marked. The pool is empty and the game room was covered in dust. She was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the tv going out about every 4 minutes. I called the desk and she was to my room in less than a minute. They changed out the tv and we were all set. The only problem was I went to the check area for coffee at 8:30am and there were no coffee cups left on the counter and the desk doesn’t open until 9:00\. The office closes at 8 PM and I had to use the phone number to call and wait for somebody to come let me in. That was compounded by the fact that the directional sign outdoors is incorrect. It directly to a back area of the hotel, which I was told "used to be our lobby". Apparently they've opened a new lobby but the signage on and around the property takes you to the wrong side of the hotel. So of course you have to get back in your car and drive around and again lug. You're all luggage into the correct lobby. Room is very basic.
