Downtown is a short car ride away for loads of dining, nightlife, and attractions. Outside of the beaches, there is plenty to do including aquariums, museums, and shopping. Fort Pierce is 15 minutes away on the mainland, and it's known as the Sunrise City. It is one of the oldest communities on the east coast of Florida and features many historical landmarks. Awesome beach access in a pretty secluded area making for a peaceful beach trip. The house was nice and easily fit our giant family for a big reunion! We were looking for a place that could accommodate all 25 of us. And each family had their own unit which gave everyone their own space. The beach was only a walk away.
