There is someone at the hotel 12 to 2pm. But they are available in WhatsApp. The room is located above two bar/restaurants and check-in is weird because of the times staff are there. The location is convenient. However, the bed is like 30 years old and had a broken spring which I scraped myself in. This needs to be fixed. The towel rack was broken and so was the toilet paper holder. Mariska was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. She even picked me up and drove me to the clinic when I was sick. She helped us speak with the employees and spent over 2.5 hours waiting with us to take us back to the apartment! I can’t say enough good things about Mariska! The view was great, the home is beautifully decorated, and the location was within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
